We currently deliver across Victoria and selected surrounding regions. Delivery availability may vary depending on location and product type.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Calculated automatically at checkout.
- Express Shipping: Available in selected suburbs at extra charge.
- Free Shipping: Offered during eligible promotions.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed later or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Local: 1–3 business days
- Within Victoria: 2–5 business days
- Interstate: 3–10 business days
Age Verification
Delivery requires someone 18+ to sign and accept the order. Orders cannot be left unattended due to liquor regulations.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@gcliquors.com.au with photos within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
